Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This OEM replacement base and hood assembly (Part #63857) fits Sanitaire SC9150 and SC9180 commercial uprights, along with Electrolux-Eureka EP9110A and Eureka and Sanitaire C4910A, SC9180B, and SC9180D. The hood covers and protects internal parts while shaping the machine's front housing.

A cracked or broken hood lets dust escape from the machine and leaves internal components exposed to impact, and it dulls the vacuum's appearance in a professional setting. Replacing the base and hood restores the protective enclosure and a clean commercial look.
