Returns & Exchanges

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

The front wheel shaft for the Sanitaire SC-6600 commercial upright (part #075430025) is the axle that carries the machine's front wheel and lets it roll evenly across the floor. It seats at the base of the nozzle and takes the weight and side load of daily commercial use.

When the shaft wears, bends, or the wheel loosens on it, the vacuum drags, tips, or leaves scuff and scratch marks on hardwood and tile. A worn shaft also shifts the height the wheel sets, which changes how the brush meets the carpet. Fitting the correct replacement shaft restores smooth, level rolling and protects your floors.
