Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This new-style rear wheel in black is a replacement for Sanitaire uprights and fits models 886, 888, and 899 (part group 7912). The wheel carries the back of the machine and keeps it rolling smoothly across floors.

Worn or cracked wheels make the vacuum drag, wobble, or stick, and a damaged wheel can scratch hard floors. Replacing it promptly restores easy, level movement so the machine glides rather than fights you.
