Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

The Sanitaire fan scroll (Part #20-7812-02) is a replacement airflow component for Sanitaire Quick Clean and Clear Lexa models. It sits in the nozzle housing area and channels air through the brush roll region to keep suction working properly.

A fan scroll that has cracked or warped disrupts that airflow, and the machine can develop weak pickup or an unusual whistling sound. Because the scroll shapes the air path, damage here shows up as lost suction even when the filter and bag are clear. A sound replacement scroll restores proper air channeling and pickup.
