Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Riccar and Simplicity list this combination rug and floor tool for the Wonder canisters WONDERP.CPN, WONDERP.FSN, WONDERP.TAD and WONDERP.TAP, plus the WONDER.4SS, and for Prima canisters. Part B338-7900 gives a 9.75 in. cleaning path, and a switch drops the natural bristles down for bare floors or lifts them clear for area rugs, so a single attachment handles both surfaces.

A metal baseplate holds the tool flat and steady under the pull of a canister's suction, and rubber-overmolded wheels stop that plate from scuffing the floor as it moves.
