Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Product details

Part M85F1-00301 is the right side decal for the HiZero F100 cleaning head, the mirror of the left one and cut for the right-hand panel.

Head decals wear from contact rather than age. They pick up marks from baseboards and furniture, and moisture eventually works under an edge that has been scraped, at which point the decal lifts and the graphic goes cloudy underneath.

To fit it, peel the old decal off a dry machine, clean the residue away, and let the surface dry fully before positioning the new one, pressing from the center outwards so no air is trapped. Order the side you actually need: this is the right side of the cleaning head, and the left is a separate part. If both are marked, it is worth doing the pair in one go.
