Shipping Information

Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This screw fastens the upper cord hook to the handle on Riccar Vibrance and R-Series upright vacuums, sold as part A430-0105.

Small fasteners like this are frequently the reason a repair does not come together, more than the part they hold in place. A screw that runs short will not draw the hook down tight, so it works loose under a wrapped cord, while one that runs long bottoms out before the hook ever clamps down. Order the specified length rather than grabbing something close from a parts drawer.
