Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This lower clip pins the base of the outer bag against the body on Riccar SupraLite and Simplicity Freedom ultralightweight uprights, including the R10E and RSL1AC builds, sold as part B211-1014B in unmarked black.

Pulling the bag off for a change loads this clip each time, and once it cracks or pops open the bag sags at that bottom seam, letting dust leak out there instead of staying inside.

Replace this clip as soon as the bag starts sitting crooked on its mount rather than waiting for it to fail outright, since a sagging bag draws air around the media instead of through it. This is the lower clip only, so if the bag is also loose at the top, check that attachment point on its own before assuming this part will fix the whole fit. Compare the shape and mounting tab of your old clip against the replacement before installing, since the two brands built this platform on the same body but the clip still needs to seat exactly where the old one broke away.
