Returns & Exchanges

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

This is the M4 x 65 mm fastener that mounts the upper cord hook to the handle on Riccar and Simplicity uprights, sold as part A430-0600B.

Cord hook hardware is an easy thing to mismatch on a repair, because this hardware family shares one thread size across several different lengths. A screw even a few millimeters short leaves the hook loose under a wrapped cord, and one that runs long bottoms out in the boss before it ever clamps the hook down. Measure the fastener you took out, or read the length straight off the parts diagram for your model, before ordering.
