    Shipping Information

    We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

    Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer.     Returns & Exchanges

    Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

    Return eligibility

    Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

    Shipping and refunds

    For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

    This 35 ft central vacuum hose is built in the pigtail style, with a power lead running alongside the suction hose to drive a powered nozzle, and it ships with a direct conversion kit so it can be fitted to an existing Type C installation. Order it as part B390-1100.

    The conversion kit is what lets this hose go onto a Type C system without swapping the wall inlet or the power unit, but it only mates correctly with a Type C wand connection. If your current wand uses a different connector, this is not the right hose for your setup.
