We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Seven-foot extension hose assembly for Riccar and Simplicity Tandem Air uprights, sold as part C355-5300. This is the hose that lifts off the machine for above-floor work, and on a Tandem Air upright it is the part that gives out first: years of stretching it to the top of a staircase eventually split the coil or tear a cuff loose.

Riccar badges the 30 and 40 series as Brilliance and Radiance; Simplicity sells the same platform as Synchrony and Synergy. The hose belongs to the Tandem Air chassis rather than to either name, so match the model number rather than the badge. If your machine has been serviced with mixed parts over the years, compare the cuff on the old hose before ordering.
