We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Part B370-2900B is the revised rear wheel axle for PV and MV power nozzle assemblies on Riccar and Simplicity uprights, not the rear wheel axle for the main body of the machine covered by a separate listing. The nozzle's rear wheels ride on this axle and help keep the head level as it tracks across the floor.

This is the revised version of the part, listed apart from the earlier design it replaces on the same platform. A nozzle that rocks, drags to one side, or has a wheel that has worked loose is the usual reason to check this axle, and it is a quick check once the nozzle housing is opened for a belt or brushroll job anyway.
