Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Part C351-5800 is the bottom plate assembly for Riccar and Simplicity power nozzles, supplied complete with its seals, and cross-referenced under PN 42176. The bottom plate is the underside panel of the nozzle, and it sets how evenly the housing meets the floor around the brushroll opening.

A warped plate or a flattened seal lets air slip in around the floor edge rather than pull it through the brushroll chamber. The nozzle keeps grooming carpet pile just fine in that state, yet pickup drops off noticeably right at the front edge. The seals are packaged with the plate itself, so nothing extra needs sourcing once you have this part.
