We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Part B318-6000K is the main printed circuit board for 40-series Tandem Air uprights built by Riccar and Simplicity. The board carries the switching behind the handle-mounted controls, and it is the part to suspect once the cord, motor and switch have each tested fine on their own and the machine still will not run.

Board failures on this platform tend to show as a machine that ignores the switch completely, one that runs briefly and cuts out, or one that only works in certain positions of the handle, which points at a loose harness connector rather than the board itself. Photograph the wiring layout before disconnecting anything, since the connectors are not always keyed to fit only one way.
