Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Black dust compartment lid for full-size Riccar and Simplicity canister vacuums, part 3621434314. This is the hinged cover over the bag chamber, the panel lifted for every bag change. It carries the latch and the sealing face that keep dirty air inside the compartment instead of leaking out at the seam of the machine.
