Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

D350-1014 is the neck assembly for the Fit-All line of central vacuum power nozzles sold under the Simplicity and Riccar names. Fit-All is the manufacturer's name for this power nozzle family rather than a claim that one neck assembly matches every power nozzle on the market, so confirm your nozzle is a Fit-All model before ordering.

The neck is the pivoting section between the nozzle head and the wand connection. A neck that has gone loose or cracked at the pivot lets the nozzle wobble on the floor and can let suction leak at the joint instead of staying at the brush.
