Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

B220-4500 is the felt seal fitted at the handle pivot on DC platform uprights from Simplicity and Riccar. It sits where the upper handle reclines against the body, cushioning the joint and closing the small gap there so the machine does not rattle or leak air at that point.

Felt compresses and wears thin with years of reclining and standing the handle back up, so a loose or rattling handle pivot on an otherwise sound machine is a reasonable place to check before assuming a hinge or bracket has broken.
