We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Product details

Outer hard shell bag, part D220-5100, for the cordless ultralightweight uprights from Riccar and Simplicity. It arrives with the badge fitted, so the replacement looks like the original rather than a bare shell.

The outer bag is structural on an ultralightweight machine as well as cosmetic: it closes over the bag compartment and takes the knocks that come with a vacuum carried up and down stairs one-handed. Once it is cracked or the latch area has broken away, the compartment no longer seals properly, and a shell is a far cheaper fix than a body.
