Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

D386-2500 is the Ametek clean air motor assembly for the original Simplicity Synergy and Riccar Radiance uprights. A failing motor on these machines usually gives some warning first, a change in motor pitch, a burning smell, or suction that fades before the machine finally quits, rather than stopping outright with no notice.

These uprights were built with both a clean air motor and a separate direct air motor, so before ordering, confirm which of the two has actually failed rather than assuming it is this one.
