Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

TC-F4610, also catalogued as the CI60 filter, is the Teflon-treated HEPA cartridge Riccar and Simplicity specify for their C4, C6 and C10 central power units.

A whole-house central system pulls drywall dust and fine grit through one filter no matter which inlet is in use, so this cartridge carries the accumulated load from every room on the pipe run rather than just one area. Once that media clogs, the motor keeps running at the same speed while suction at the inlets falls away, which is why a central system rarely announces a filter problem the way an upright does.
