Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

B375-3400 is the aluminum drive pulley for clamping-style agitators on PV coded Riccar and Simplicity uprights, the part the belt wraps around to spin the brushroll. Once this pulley wears out of round, loosens its hold on the shaft, or chips along the lip, the symptoms show up as belt noise, a belt that will not stay seated, or a brush that bogs down under carpet.

This clamping design replaced the older press-on pulleys used on earlier machines, and the switch to metal paid off since it holds its shape under belt heat in a way plastic simply cannot.
