Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Product details

Right-hand scroll housing for TC motor assemblies, part B486-1014. The scroll is the plastic shell that surrounds the fan and guides air from the fan blades out through the exhaust path of the machine, and this is the piece on the right side of that pair.

Riccar and Simplicity group their motor service parts by platform rather than by model badge, and this shell carries the TC designation. Its counterpart, the left-side TC housing that mounts under the fan, is stocked as B486-1114 — with the motor already apart, it is worth checking both halves for cracks and worn mounting bosses at the same time.
