Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Part B380-2400 is the tilt lock body plate for the PV chassis used by Riccar Radiance uprights. The plate mounts to the vacuum body and provides the fixed surface the tilt lock engages against, so the machine holds firmly in its upright position and releases cleanly when you step on the pedal.

Wear here is mechanical rather than electrical. Years of locking and releasing round off the engagement face, and the symptom is a vacuum that creeps forward when parked or one that needs an extra shove before the handle will recline. Fitting a new plate returns a positive, repeatable lock.
