Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Genuine HEPA post-motor filter for Riccar and Simplicity Tandem Air uprights in the 40 series, part B380-6314. Post filters sit after the motor on the exhaust side and catch carbon dust shed by the motor brushes along with anything fine enough to have passed the bag and pre-motor stages, so what leaves the machine is cleaner than what it took in.

Exhaust filters load steadily and cannot be washed back to new, so a grey, packed filter is restricting airflow through the whole machine, not just the exhaust. Households with pets or allergy concerns generally change post filters more often than the average. Use SKU B380-6314 to be sure you get the 40 series part rather than the similar filter for the 30 series chassis.
