Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

The Ultimate Bare Floor Nozzle (R65BFNOZZLE) is the hard floor head for the Riccar R65 Multi-Use cordless stick vacuum. Its brushroll is wrapped in ultra-soft microfiber, which sweeps dust, grit, hair and debris off hard flooring without the scuffing risk of a stiff bristle roller.

Soft roller heads earn their keep on two jobs that standard nozzles handle poorly: fine dust that a bristle brush flicks away before it can be picked up, and larger debris that a low-clearance nozzle pushes along the floor. This one is also built to resist tangling and steers easily around furniture legs.
