Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

R65DUAL doubles the running time of the Riccar R65 Multi-Use cordless stick vacuum by pairing a second 25.9v lithium-ion battery with a charging base that holds two packs. Each battery is good for about 40 minutes, so the pair covers roughly 80 minutes of cleaning before anything needs a rest.

The dual base takes the place of the standard single base, and works with the connecting pipe and vacuum mount already on your machine. Both packs charge together when the vacuum and the spare battery sit on the stand, so the second battery is always ready instead of sitting flat in a drawer.
