Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

B650-0500 is the accessory holder Riccar lists for the R65, its cordless multi-use stick vacuum. It is the carrier that parks an R65 attachment on the machine rather than leaving it to rattle around a drawer, so the tool is already within reach when a job shifts from floor cleaning to the work above it.

Holders live a rougher life than their size suggests. They take a knock every time the machine tips over, they get stood on when it is parked at floor level, and they are loaded off-axis whenever a tool is pulled away at an angle rather than straight off. Any one of those can be the event that finishes a holder which has been quietly weakening for months, and the first sign is usually not the holder itself but the attachment it was carrying going missing.

Riccar sells the R65 tools individually under their own numbers, so a broken holder does not mean buying the tool set over again. A replacement puts the machine's own storage back in service rather than leaving an attachment to be wedged, taped or balanced somewhere it will not stay put. That matters more on a cordless stick machine than on a canister, because there is no tool caddy on a hose or a body to fall back on once the onboard carrier is gone.

Wipe the mounting point clean of dust before fitting the replacement so it seats flush rather than riding on trapped grit. Look at both halves of the joint first as well: if what broke is on the machine body rather than on the holder, a new holder will not put it right.
