Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

RPHC-6 is the six-pack of charcoal-lined HEPA media bags for Riccar Tandem Air uprights in the 40 series, covering the R40 and the Premium R40P. Those machines dock their bags at a yellow port with a collar that seals as the bag comes out.

The sealing collar closes over the opening on removal, so a full load of fine dust reaches the trash without a cloud coming back at you, which is the whole point of paying for HEPA media in the first place. Riccar's 30-series uprights use a blue dock and a different bag, RNHC-6, so read the color inside your bag compartment before ordering. While the machine is open, the 40-series filter set is worth a look as well. Ships to you in 2-5 business days.
