Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Product details

Replacement handle grip assembly for the Riccar R25S upright vacuum, part number C602-0114. The grip is what your hand sits on every time the machine runs, and it is usually the first section of the handle to crack or work loose.

  • Fits: Riccar R25S
  • Does not fit: R25D and R25P, which use grip assembly C602-2114
  • Sold: each

The R25S is the standard machine in the range and runs its own main board and wire harness (B603-0600 and B603-2200), which is why a number of its parts are model-specific rather than shared with the deluxe and premium versions. When the damage extends past the grip to the handle itself, the complete R25S handle assembly is stocked as part C602-1000.
