Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Product details

A complete motor assembly, supplied with its mounts, for the Riccar R25D, R25P and R25S uprights, part C603-1000. Because the mounts come with it, the motor seats in the housing the way the original did instead of being shimmed into place.

The symptoms of a failing vacuum motor are consistent: weak suction that no new bag or belt improves, a machine that runs hot and smells of it, unusual noise from the motor housing, or a total loss of power. Bearings usually go first, which is why the noise tends to arrive before the suction loss does.

Before condemning a motor, rule out the cheap causes, since a saturated filter, a blocked airway or a slipping belt will each make a healthy motor sound strained. If those are clear, the motor is the fix, and it is a far smaller expense than the machine.
