Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Product details

Riccar filter set for the R25 Deluxe upright vacuum, part R25D-F. Two filters come in the set: a HEPA media cartridge and a combined charcoal and electrostatic filter, covering fine particle capture and odor control on the same machine.

Filters are consumables, not fixtures. As media loads with dust, airflow through the vacuum falls and the motor has to work against the restriction, so changing the set on a schedule protects both suction and the machine itself. The easiest habit is to swap filters alongside a bag change rather than waiting for a noticeable drop in pickup.
