Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

B600-2514 is the post filter mount for the Riccar R25 series upright line. It is the bracket that positions the post filter against the machine's exhaust airflow, not the filter itself, so this order does not include a new filter.

Loose fit, rattling behind the cover, or a filter cocked to one side following a past repair generally traces back to this mount rather than to the filter itself.

A matching post filter seal, sold separately as B600-6500, is worth replacing at the same time if it looks compressed or torn, since a fresh mount does little good paired with a seal that no longer holds a tight edge.
