Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

D224-0014 is the dust compartment kit for Riccar R Series uprights using the pivot design. It is supplied as a kit rather than a single molded shell, so the compartment the bag seats into goes back together as a set instead of being pieced out.

On a bagged upright, the dust compartment is where the machine either holds its seal or quietly loses it. Split walls, a warped face or a compartment that no longer pulls flat let air slip past the bag entirely, and the tell is weak pickup from a motor that still spins up hard.
