    Shipping Information

    We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

    Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer.     Returns & Exchanges

    Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

    Return eligibility

    Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

    Shipping and refunds

    For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

    D338-0600 is the powered wand hose for Simplicity Wonder and Riccar Prima canister vacuums, the electric version rather than a plain suction hose, running both airflow and the power feed for the nozzle from the canister to the wand in one piece.

    Wire hoses fail in a way a plain suction hose does not: the airflow through the tube can stay completely normal while the electrical connection inside it degrades, so the power nozzle on the end may flicker, drop out mid pass, or stop responding even though suction at the wand feels fine, because the internal strands typically give out well ahead of the outer tubing.
