Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Genuine Riccar RF70-W wet sponge filter for the R70 Multi-Clean Deluxe Smart Mop and Vacuum. This is the foam sponge element that seats in the machine's wet path, where it holds the fine grit lifted off hard floors so that debris does not travel any further into the unit.

A sponge left in service too long packs with residue and stiffens, and that is usually the point at which pickup starts to fall away. Keeping a spare on the shelf means the mop goes back to work the same day.
