Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Part B015-1104 is the metal cladding that faces the baseplate on Riccar 4000 series and Vibrance uprights. It is the steel skin fitted to the underside of the nozzle, taking the abrasion of carpet and grit so the moulded baseplate underneath does not.

Cladding is a wear item on any machine that spends its life on commercial carpet. Once it thins, curls at an edge or works loose from its fixings, it can catch loop pile or scratch hard floors, and the nozzle seal against the carpet drops off with it. Fitting fresh cladding restores the flat, sealed face the airpath depends on.
