Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

RF27 is the genuine Riccar filter set for Clean Air upright vacuums, holding a granulated charcoal secondary filter plus a pleated HEPA post-filter. The post-filter cleans air on the way out of the machine, and the charcoal element handles odor.

  • Fits the Riccar R27P, R27D and R27CV Clean Air uprights
  • Also fits the R25P, R25D and R25S
  • Covers both filter positions the machine uses after the bag

Riccar's replacement guidance is simple enough to follow: change the set once a year or after a dozen bags, whichever comes around first.
