Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Product details

Genuine Riccar central vacuum bags, part number RCB-3, packed three to a set. The media is a thick HEPA-grade cloth that keeps fine dust, dander and pet hair inside the canister instead of letting it circulate back through the house.

Riccar lists RCB-3 for its hybrid central vacuum units and for its bagged central models, so an owner can restock without cross-referencing a chart. The mounting collar is heavy enough to push onto the inlet and pull back off without tearing, and an adhesive strip closes the opening before the bag leaves the unit.
