Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Prima owners get their own build of the Fur Get It hair remover: part RPET-TOOL.CAN, cut for the Riccar Prima canister and sold as a genuine Riccar attachment. The upright version will not connect here, which is why Riccar makes this one separately.

Under the head sits a felt panel paired with a rubber squeegee. Drawn across a cushion, a pet bed, a stair tread or a car seat, the two surfaces gather hair into a line instead of scattering it, and the canister's airflow pulls the gathered hair into the bag. The felt clears itself as the tool works.
