    Shipping Information

    We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

    Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. Expedited UPS Ground is available at checkout for an extra charge, including on orders that qualify for free standard shipping. See our Shipping Policy for details.

    Returns & Exchanges

    Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

    Return eligibility

    Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

    Shipping and refunds

    For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

    Genuine Riccar full-size power nozzle, part RPB-100S.6, supplied in the USA configuration with the newer neck. The head runs a black steel brushroll, the agitator Riccar specifies across its full-size powerheads.

    Power nozzles are matched to the neck and wand of the machine they were built for, so compare the neck on your current head against this one before ordering. The full-size family is a separate line from the compact RPB-55 and RPB-60 heads, and the two do not share a neck assembly. Wear items for the full-size nozzles stay available on their own as well, including clamped-agitator brush strips and the AMETEK motor Riccar uses across the SPB, RPB and CPB full-size heads, so a nozzle bought now stays serviceable. Ships to you in 2-5 business days.
