Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

RCHC-6 is Riccar's charcoal-lined HEPA media bag for Prima canister vacuums, sold six to a pack. The charcoal layer sits in the bag wall and works on odor while the HEPA media holds fine dust and dander inside.

  • Fits every Riccar Prima canister, including the R50TAP, R50FSN, R50SS and R50TAD
  • Six bags per pack
  • Takes the place of the older RCH-6 part number

If you have been ordering RCH-6, this is the current designation for the same bag, so nothing about the fit changes. Prima owners refreshing the rest of the machine at the same time can add the RF19G HEPA and granulated charcoal filter set, which covers the post-motor stage on the same canisters. Ships to you in 2-5 business days.
