Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

TC-F2 is the filter listed for the Riccar C2 central vacuum, which Simplicity catalogues as the SPU-C20. A central unit runs the whole house through one filter, so this is the single element carrying the dust load from every inlet on the pipe run.

Teflon coating on the media is what lets fine dust release back off the surface instead of working into the weave, so a filter built this way keeps its airflow longer than a plain cloth element of the same size would. That advantage is not permanent: once cleaning the filter no longer brings suction back at the wall inlets, the media has reached the point where it holds dust rather than shedding it.
