Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

It is listed for the Carpet Pro CMP3QD, CPU1QD, CPU1T, CPU2T, CPU3N, CPU3QD, CPU4N and CPU4T, the Clean Max CMPSQD, the Fuller Brush FBPHD2T and FBP-14PWBP, and the Titan TC6000 and TC6000.2.

What ships is the end cap alone, not the brushroll it fits onto. Rubber caps are a wear item: they are worked every time the roller turns, and one that has hardened, split or gone missing should be replaced rather than left off.
