Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Part D470-2700 is the spring assist upgrade kit for MV platform uprights, the platform shared by the Riccar Brilliance and Simplicity Synchrony. The assist spring shares the effort of reclining and lifting the handle, keeping load off the pedal mechanism and off the handle joint where the machine is worked hardest.

Machines that feel heavy coming back to the upright position, or that drop toward the floor with no resistance at all, are the usual candidates for this kit. Two companion MV parts are stocked separately: the axle shaft B470-2600 and the modified assist spring B470-2700B.
