We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Part D455-8214 is the hose assembly with handle for Riccar Brilliance and Radiance Tandem Air uprights, and the same assembly is listed for the Maytag M1200. The hose and its handle are supplied as a single unit, so a split in the hose or a cracked cuff at the handle means replacing the assembly rather than hunting down each piece on its own.

Any leak along the hose costs suction at the tools, and a hose that has already been taped or patched is past the point of being worth patching again. Check the full length of the hose and the cuff at the handle for splits, soft spots and previous repairs before ordering.
