Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Part B123-3214C is the lower fan housing for ULW ultra-lightweight uprights from Riccar and Simplicity, molded in black, and it is listed for the Simplicity Freedom. This is the older two-screw mounting version, so check the screw pattern on the housing you are replacing before ordering.

The housing includes the upright stop, so that feature comes as part of this piece rather than being fitted separately. It is the housing itself, not the fan that runs inside it, which is listed separately. Order the housing on its own when the molding is what has been damaged, and order the fan under its own number if that has been damaged too.
