Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Part B470-2300 is the right-hand pivot bracket for MV-series Riccar and Simplicity upright vacuums. Working together with its mirror-image partner on the left, this bracket keeps the pivot bushing centered against the body, letting the joint pivot around a straight, consistent axis instead of drifting or binding as it wears. The bracket and the bushing it carries are sold as two separate parts.

Buying just the one side is normal here, not a shortcut. Because these brackets are handed parts, wear on one rarely means the other needs replacing too, so there is little reason to buy a pair when only one has actually failed. While the joint is already open for this repair, though, it makes sense to drop in a new bushing alongside the bracket, since that bushing typically shows more wear than the bracket it rides against.
