Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Part B113-0230 is the rear motor mount that sits at the fan end of the motor in Riccar and Simplicity uprights. Mounts like this one are the vibration isolators between a motor turning at high speed and the plastic body around it, so they carry load continuously whenever the machine is running.

Why it gets replaced

A perished or compressed mount is worth catching early. The first sign is usually noise, a harder buzz or drone that was not there before, followed by the motor sitting slightly off its intended line and rubbing where it should be clear. New mounts quiet the machine and take the stress off the housing.
