Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Part B480-4600 is the post filter seal fitted to MV-series Riccar and Simplicity uprights. Rather than being the filter itself, it is the gasket that fills the space where the post filter meets its housing, so exhaust air passes through the media as intended instead of slipping past the rim unfiltered.

Failures here tend to hide well. The machine keeps running and the filter continues to look fine on inspection, yet once this seal hardens, tears, or disappears altogether, a portion of the motor's exhaust escapes the filter path unchecked. For someone choosing this seal specifically for allergy control, the part they actually need working is this one, since a filter with a bypassed seal traps nothing extra no matter how good the media itself is.
