Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Part B355-3914 is the lower cord hook for PV-chassis Riccar and Simplicity uprights, molded in black and made to the newer top-release pattern. It is listed for the Simplicity Synergy line.

A cord hook does small, repetitive work: the cord is wound onto it for storage and pulled back off before every use. The top-release pattern is the version the coil comes away from in one motion rather than being unwound turn by turn.

A broken hook does not stop the vacuum from running, but the cord then has nowhere to be stored, and a cord left loose or dragging wears through its outer jacket faster than one that is wrapped properly. Replacing the hook is the cheaper end of that trade.
